All our sessions are developed to be fun and creative, providing ample opportunities for parents to connect to their own bodies, to their child in a playful way and to the group in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Our courses are based on dance movement therapy, developmental movement and attachment learnings, with the purpose of increasing wellbeing for adults and children alike.
