Taster session for families with toddlers, walkers, bumshufflers and preschoolers. In September, we are starting regular dance sessions at this new venue – Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill – and this is a chance to meet other families in the area and learn games and dances to take home over the summer.
We work on fundamental dance skills such as body control, collaboration and spatial awareness. The dance is child-led, in a relaxed and social atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
All Me&Baby Dance sessions are led by dance movement psychotherapists who are parents. The focus is on wellbeing, building confidence and having fun together.
